KENTUCKY HOT BROWN 
2 slices white bread, toasted
2 oz. turkey, thinly sliced
2 oz. ham, thinly sliced
6 oz. white sauce
2 slices tomato
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 strips bacon, cooked
1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese

Cut toast diagonally and arrange in skillet or heat-tempered platter. Heat turkey and ham; place on top of bread. Pour white sauce over top, covering bread and meat. Place tomato slices on top of gravy. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly on top.

Melt cheese under broiler. Criss-cross bacon over Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler until Parmesan cheese browns lightly. Serves 1.
