KENTUCKY HOT BROWN 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. sliced turkey
8 slices trimmed toast
4 slices of tomato
8 strips of bacon, cooked
4 oz. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in saucepan and flour, stir well. Add milk, cheese and seasonings. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Arrange turkey on toast and cover with cheese sauce. Top with tomato and bacon. Sprinkle with 4 ounces of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until bubbly. Serves 4. (Works neatly if arranged on 4 individual serving dishes.)
