ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees (or until golden brown) in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
