BEEF KABABS (For Grill) 
You will need: 1 1/2 lbs. beef steak, cut into cubes 1 sm. red or white onion cut into cubes 12 cherry tomatoes 1 bell pepper, cut in cubes 12 fresh mushrooms

Alternate pieces of meat with onion, tomatoes, peppers, and mushrooms. Have grill ready and heated. Place skewers on grill, turning occasionally until meat is cooked to medium and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Baste occasionally during grilling with sauce mixture. Let skewers cool about 1 minute. Remove onto plates with a fork. Serve the Kababs over Rice Pilaf.

SAUCE FOR KABABS:

2/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. honey
2 green onions finely chopped
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
