PEPPERONI PIE 
4 oz. grated Muenster cheese
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sliced or chopped pepperoni
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix half of cheese with egg, flour, salt, milk, pepperoni and oregano. Pour into well greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Do not over bake. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 2 minutes more.
