BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
1 pint lt. cream plus add milk to make 2 c.
1 lb. cooked (broken up) bacon (or ham can be used)
1 pkg. cracker barrel Sharp cheese shredded
8 slices bread cubed

Spread bread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch buttered casserole dish. Add bacon and cheese. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over bread, bacon and cheese. Spread top with butter. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
