MOM'S SPINACH PIE 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed out as much water as possible
1/2 - 1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese (mix with spinach)
Phyllo leaves (defrost)
1/2 stick butter, melted

Use oblong baking pan; grease or spray bottom. Layer phyllo leaves, buttering each layer. After about 4 layers, add spinach-cheese mixture. Add several more layers of phyllo leaves; be sure to butter each layer, and again add spinach-cheese mixture.

Continue layering until spinach mixture is finished and ending with phyllo leaves on top. Butter and cut with very sharp knife before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
