HASTY HOTS 
4 green onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
Cocktail pumpernickel rye bread or French bread (sliced)

Chop green onions fine. Add grated cheese and enough mayonnaise to make a spread of fairly firm consistency. Spread mixture on cocktail bread and broil until bubbly or golden brown. Makes approximately 2 dozen appetizers.
