LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry Lipton's onion soup
1 lg. container cottage cheese
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1 sm. can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 sm. can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. water
8 lasagna noodles, cooked
Oregano, ground

Brown beef with clove of garlic. Remove garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease. Add water and onion soup mix. Simmer a few minutes. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and a couple good shakes of oregano. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. In a 13 x 9 inch pan, layer half of noodles, half of sauce, half of Mozzarella cheese, half of cottage cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Then layer with the other half. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let settle for 15 to 20 minutes before serving so it's not so funny.
