ORANGE-PINEAPPLE CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (0.6 oz.) orange nutra-sweet Jello
1 (6 oz.) concentrated orange juice
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. boiling water

Mix Jello with water, add orange juice, oranges and pineapple. Congeal.

TOPPING:

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pineapple cream pudding (or lemon)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. skim milk

Beat until thick. Spread over salad.
