BUTTERFLY FRANKS | |
1 lb. franks 3/4 c. barbecue sauce 3 tbsp. prepared mustard 5 to 10 dashed Tabasco Cut thin slices off of end of franks; cut each frank into 4 pieces. Cut a 1/4 inch cross on both ends of each piece. Fry at 375 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes, reduce heat to 200 degrees. Add mixture of other ingredients; stir until well coated and sauce thickens. Serve hot on toothpicks. May be reheated at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. |
