BROWNIE BREAD PUDDING 
This is more of a very moist, heavy pudding.

4 cups leftover brownies (cut into large cubes)
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups half and half
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
4 large eggs
6 egg yolks

In a cake pan put cubed brownies evenly layered.

In a large bowl mix cream, half n half, eggs, sugar and cocoa. Pour mixture over brownies.

Place pan inside of another pan with water in it half way up side.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes, then turn oven up to 350°F for approximately another 15 minutes.

When the "custard" is set remove and serve with whipped cream.
