NEW DELHI DINNER 
2 lbs. leanest pork sausage (Dean's from Attala)
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced green pepper
2 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes (No. 2 can)
2 c. sour cream
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. curry powder

In a large skillet, brown sausage mixed with onion. Drain off all fat. Add green pepper, stewed tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni, sugar and curry powder. Stir well. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
