MUSHROOMS AND ARTICHOKES 
1 can artichoke hearts
1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces are fine
1/4 c. olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

In bowl, add drained artichoke hearts (cut up), drained mushrooms, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano and salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate and serve.
