IMPOSSIBLE BRUNCH PIE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli or asparagus, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tomato, sliced thin
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Spread broccoli in 9 inch greased plate. Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, Bisquick, butter and eggs until smooth. Pour into ovenproof pan or plate. Top with thinly sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
