BROCCOLI SALAD 
6 strips bacon, crisp & crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
2 fresh bunches of broccoli
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2-3/4 c. cole slaw dressing

In boiling hot water, dunk broccoli until it turns a deep green, remove and rinse in cold water. Chop into pieces and combine remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Best if made overnight before you plan to serve.
