CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
4 c. flour & 2 more
2 tbsp. powdered milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. soft shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon

Mix yeast, warm water and 1 cup sugar. Let stand 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour, milk, salt, shortening, eggs and vanilla. Knead 15 minutes. Let rise until double in size. Roll out dough, 1/2 inch thick.

Spread batter over dough, sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon. Roll log. Slice 3/4-1 inch thick. Let rise on greased cookie sheet until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost with Powdered Sugar Glaze.
