JIFFY CINNAMON ROLLS 
4-5 c. flour
9 oz. white cake mix
2 pkgs. quick rise yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

In large bowl, combine 3 cups flour, cake mix, yeast, salt and water; mix until smooth. Add enough flour to form soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll dough into 9 x 18 inch rectangle. Spread butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll from long end. Slice the roll into 1 inch circles. Place on greased cookie sheets. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
