JIFFY CINNAMON ROLLS 
4-5 c. flour (divided)
1 (9 oz.) box one layer cake mix white
2 pkg. quick rise yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 c. lukewarm water (120-130 degrees)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

In a large bowl, combine 3 cups flour, cake mix, yeast, salt and warm water. Mix until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth, 6-8 minutes. Roll dough into a 9 x 18 inch rectangle. Spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough jelly roll style, starting with long end. Slice the roll into 1 inch circle. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise about 15 minutes. Bake 350 degrees 15-18 minutes. Frost if desired. Yield 18 rolls.
