Cinnamon and sugar to taste
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick oats
1 stick butter
1/4 c. warm water

Put oats, raisins, sugar, butter, and salt in large bowl - pour scalded milk over this, stir, and allow to cool until warm. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Stir in beaten eggs, vanilla, and flour to make soft dough. Knead until smooth on floured board. Place in greased bowl, let rise until double, divide in half.

Roll into 2 rectangles and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and place in two bread pans. Let rise again. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. After it cools you may spread a powdered sugar and water glaze on the tops.
