CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. flour
3/4 c. raisins

Sprinkle yeast over warm water. In separate bowl combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and butter. Stir in mixed yeast. Beat in 1 1/2 cups flour. Add raisins. Stir in remaining flour. Knead, sprinkling flour on hands and work surface until dough no longer sticks. Knead 10 minutes.

Form into ball and place in greased bowl, turning to grease. Cover, place in warm spot, about 1 hour. Double in size, punch down and shape into loaf. Place in greased bread pan. Cover. Let rise 30-40 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
