CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm skim milk
2 tbsp. Superose liquid sweetener
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Canola oil
2 egg whites
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. Sprinkle Sweet sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm milk; beat in sweetener, salt, oil, and egg whites. Slowly add flour; knead at least 2 minutes. Let rise in warm oven 1/2 hour. Spread dough on floured bread board; roll flat. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle on top of dough. Roll up and put into oiled bread pan. Let rise for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

For Cinnamon Rolls: Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, and raisins; roll up jelly roll. Cut 1 inch slices and bake in round cake pans.
