LEMON CAKE - TOP - PUDDING 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 tsp. grated rind of lemon

Mix together well the butter, sugar and egg yolks. Add the remainder of ingredients. Bake sitting in a pan of water for 50 minutes.
