CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
3 pkgs. cream cheese (8 oz. pkgs.)
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese. Whip cream cheese and add one egg at a time while beating. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Pour into cupcake papers 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out of oven; let cool 5 minutes (they do not brown).

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix with spoon. Add 1 spoonful to each cupcake then put in oven for 5 more minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
