JAIMY'S BEST GRANOLA 
10 c. regular rolled oats
2 c. almonds, slivered or chopped
2 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
2 c. raw wheat germ
1 - 2 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vanilla extract

Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients. Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Spread onto two large baking pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave granola in oven 8 to 10 hours. Store in airtight containers. Freezes well.
