HONEY GRANOLA 
6 c. oats
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. unsweetened flaked coconut
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 1/2 c. nuts, your choice
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. honey (depends on how sweet you want it)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir well. In a saucepan, gently heat oil and honey until combined. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour warm liquid over dry ingredients and stir until well coated.

Spread out mixture (not too thickly) over a large baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove from oven when golden. Repeat with remaining oats mixture. Store in a tightly covered container. Add dry or fresh fruit at serving time.
