GREAT GRANOLA 
5 c. rolled oats (quick is fine)
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raw sunflower seeds (optional)
1/2 c. bran (optional)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. honey

Mix dry ingredients well. Melt together butter, oil, honey and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry. Eat as is for moist granola. For chunky granola spread mix evenly on cookie sheet and heat at 200 degrees until crunchy (45 minutes or so). Stir several times in oven.

A triple batch fits great in large Tupperware. For triple batch use 1 large canister rolled oats.
