LASAGNA ROLLS 
6 lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. fennel seeds
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella

Cook lasagna noodles according to package. In a skillet, brown beef and drain excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, then fennel seeds if desired. Simmer 5 minutes.

Drain noodles. Spread 1/4 cup meat sauce on each noodle with 1-2 tablespoons cheese. Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam side down in a baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over each roll and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
