KETCHUP 
1/2 bu. tomatoes
6 onions
6 mangoes

Cook tomatoes and make into juice. Cook onions, mangoes and celery until soft. Run through blender and add to juice.

Then add: 1 pt. vinegar 6 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper 3 tbsp. ground mustard 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/4 tsp. allspice

Cook down about 2 hours or as thick as you like. Put into ketchup bottles or you can use pint jars.
