TOMATO KETCHUP 
1 bushel tomatoes
1 stalk on bunch of celery
6 onions
6 peppers
1 qt. vinegar
10 lb. sugar (takes about 7 lbs.)
1 tbsp. cloves
1 box mustard
1 box cinnamon
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. allspice
Salt to taste

Cook vegetables all together. Run them through a colander. Add spices, sugar and vinegar to the juice and cook until thick. Put in jars and seal.
