TOMATO KETCHUP 
12 tomatoes
2 peppers (green)
2 onions
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 hot pepper
2 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients together and cook until it cooks down. Pour while still boiling into hot canning jars and process pint jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

Great on hot dogs, beans, etc.
