SUCCOTASH 
2 c. fresh or frozen corn (cooked)
2 c. lima or shell beans (cooked)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
About 1/2 cup milk or half and half

Heat together equal quantities of cooked corn and beans. Season with salt and pepper, butter and milk or 1/2 and 1/2 cream. Enough liquid to keep moist. Serves 6.
