FRIED RICE MALAYSIAN STYLE | |
1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 c. cold, cooked rice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 stick butter Chopped green onion 3 crisp fried bacon slices 1 or 2 scrambled eggs Saute onions and celery in butter about 5 minutes. Add cold, cooked rice, soy sauce. Mix well while cooking. When well heated scramble eggs and mix. To serve, sprinkle chopped green onions and crumbled bacon over all (optional). |
