STRAWBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sifted sugar
2 c. flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Strawberry jam

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and milk. Add flour, which has been sifted with baking powder and salt. Beat well. Place 1 tablespoon of batter in muffin tin sprayed with nonstick spray and add 1 teaspoon of jam. Cover with batter until 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
