STEAK & GRAVY 
1 pkg. round steak, tenderized
2 cans beefy mushroom soup
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (opt.)
Oil or shortening

Cut steak into serving size pieces (DO NOT SALT). Roll in flour and brown in the oil.
