STEAK AND GRAVY 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of water

Flour meat and brown over medium heat for 15-20 minutes in small amount of shortening. Drain off excess fat and sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Mix water with mushroom soup and pour over all. Cover and simmer until tender.
