COMPANY BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lb. sirloin or chuck steak, cubed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. ketchup
2-3 tbsp. tapioca
1/2 c. burgundy wine
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Combine all ingredients in casserole or Dutch oven (no need to brown beef). Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve with noodles or rice. To extend, add 1 pound more beef, 1/4 cup wine and 1 tablespoon tapioca.
