STEVE'S LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. powdered sugar

Crust: Combine and spread into 9x13 pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 275 degrees.

Filling: Mix and pour over baked pastry and bake an additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and glaze. Cool and cut into bars.
