Golf ball size new potatoes
Salt
1 1/2 c. water

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. plain flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Scrape potatoes. Put in heavy pot and sprinkle with salt. Cook in water. When boiling cover and steam on low heat until they are done. Do not pour off water. Put in sauce and let set 25 to 30 minutes.
