WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice
2 c. diced celery
2 lg. onions, diced
2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cold water
2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. mushrooms, opt.

Wash rice in water. Cover with warm water and let stand for several hours. Saute celery, onions, green peppers and ground beef. Combine with soy sauce, soups and cold water. Add rice and mushrooms. Fold gently. Place in buttered casserole and bake at 325 degrees for two hours.
