WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger or veal
2 med. onions, diced
1 c. cooked celery
1/2 c. uncooked wild rice
1 can peas
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger and onions, drain. Drain peas. Mix all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in 2 quart casserole. Bake two hours, 350 degrees. Check rice before serving.
