ITALIAN VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 medium onion
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans (drained)
1 can (10.5 oz.) beef broth
1 1/2 c. water
2 med. zucchini or yellow squash 1/4 in. slices
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Spaghetti noodles

Brown sausage; add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cook until squash is done.
