CABBAGE AND SAUSAGE 
Wash and cut up head of cabbage. Cook in water seasoned with salt and a little pepper. Cook in large enough pot to add your sausage. Select sausage that is precooked link style. Cook cabbage until almost done. Cut up sausage in about 3 inch links; place on top of cabbage cook for 5 minutes or until cabbage is done. Serve with your favorite style corn bread.
