SKILLET CABBAGE & SAUSAGE 
Clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. apple, chopped
2 to 3 c. cabbage
1 lb. sausage
1 jar pimento
1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lg. spaghetti

In skillet, combine minced garlic and olive oil. Brown slightly and remove garlic. In a bowl combine and mix onion, apple and cabbage.

In skillet chunk sausage, brown and drain; put back in skillet and add ingredients from bowl plus pimento. Cook spaghetti and drain. While spaghetti is cooking, cabbage should be cooking until translucent; then add both cheese to top and do not stir anymore. Cover with lid on low for 3 to 4 minutes. Put spaghetti on plate and spoon mixture from skillet over.
