CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 pkg. noodles
2 c. chicken, cooked and removed from bone
1 qt. chicken broth
2 c. cooked peas
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
1/4 c. pimento, chopped

Remove meat from cooked chicken and cut into small pieces. Cook noodles until done in chicken broth. Drain noodles reserving the broth. Add peas, cheese, pimento, to chicken and noodles. Heat the mixture using about 1 cup of broth to moisten. Serve hot with tomato or parsley as garnish.
