CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/4 lb. sm. noodles, cooked and drained
3 3/4 tbsp. shortening
3 3/4 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 green pepper
3/4 c. grated American cheese
1 sm. can chopped mushrooms
Ritz crackers
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute green pepper in shortening and onions. Add flour, then milk and broth, to make a sauce. Add cheese and mushrooms. Stir until cheese is melted.

Add chicken and noodles; stir. Place mixture in greased baking dish and cover with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
