PISTACHIO DESSERT 
Crust:

4 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press 1/2 crumb mixture in long deep pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Pistachio Layer:

1 cup milk
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/4 cup cherries
1/4 cup nuts
1 env. Dream Whip topping

Mix 1 cup milk with 1 package instant pistachio pudding. Stir until thick. Add cherries and nuts. Whip 1 envelope Dream Whip topping. Fold into pudding mixture. Spread on cooled crust.

Pineapple/Coconut Layer:

1 pkg. vanilla or pineapple pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup coconut
1 env. Dream Whip topping

Sprinkle reserved graham mixture on top of this layer. Mix 1 package vanilla or pineapple instant pudding mix with 1 cup milk until thick. Add pineapple and coconut. Whip 1 envelope Dream Whip topping. Add to pudding mix and spread over pistachio layer.

Sprinkle coconut, nuts and cherries on top, if desired.
