PISTACHIO DESSERT 
55 Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
2 pkgs. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 Heath bars, crushed

Crunch crackers and mix with melted butter. Cover bottom of 9"x13" pan with cracker mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix pistachio pudding with milk (do not cook pudding). Fold in 1/2 gallon ice cream. Spread over COOLED crust and chill. Spread large container Cool Whip over top of chilled dessert and sprinkle crunched Heath bars over top.
