MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 box Spanish Rice-A-Roni
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. flour tortillas, cut into 2 inch strips
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
5 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream

Prepare taco mix and Rice-A-Roni according to directions. Add beans to meat mixture. Spread a few tablespoons of meat on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Add in layers: tortilla strips, bean-meat mixture, a thin layer of sour cream, then 4 1/2 ounces of shredded Cheddar, another layer of tortillas, then the Rice-A-Roni. Add another thin layer of sour cream and then top with the shredded Cheddar. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
