CRAB CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 green pepper, minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cold tomato juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, minced
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Mix together all ingredients. Place in lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
